Traditionally, real estate agents owe a fiduciary responsibility to the seller, even when "working for" the Buyer. This occurs because the buyer's agent is legally a sub-agent of the seller's agent. This often leaves the buyers less well represented than they deserve to be. With my "ABR" designation, I am able to sign a contract with you, the Buyer, to advocate for you and you alone. I will then be committed to finding you the best possible home at the lowest possible price with the least hassle, in the shortest amount of time.
