Beachy Gallagher
Since beginning her career in Real Estate in 1982, Beachy has excelled at working with buyers and sellers to facilitate hundreds of successful transactions and dreams fulfilled. Initially with Wauwatosa Realty, predecessor of Shorewest, and then finally with Realty Executives since its inception in 1995, she has consistently been a top performer and winner of numerous local and national awards. True to form, she couldn’t tell you what these accomplishments were, since she has always been singularly focused on her work and serving the needs of her clients, rather than accolades and awards.
Having raised 5 children in the lake country, 4 of whom also make the area their home, and now enjoying 15 grandchildren, Beachy places the highest priority on friends and family. Her active lifestyle and enjoyment of sailing, skiing, spending time outside with the wonders of nature, and love of the Colorado Mountains has been enthusiastically passed on with success to her kids and grandchildren.
Beachy also spends time volunteering for local charitable causes and places a priority on yoga, prayer, gratitude, her Book Club and the Green Bay Packers.
Kathy Gallagher Rosenheimer
A life-long resident of Lake Country… Kathy left for a time to attend college in New York and Oregon, receiving her Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Oregon. A variety of jobs followed, most centered around sales and/or writing.
She obtained her real estate license in 1991, in the midst of raising 4 children. In 2003, she joined her mother, Beachy Gallagher, in a well-established and flourishing real estate business. Together they have worked hard, helped many people and have had fun in the process.
The things Kathy values most are loyalty, honesty, family, friends and nature. She also enjoys being outside as much as possible, and loves hiking, gardening, animals, winter sports, reading and travel. Practicing gratitude, compassion and kindness are an ongoing priority.
Her husband and she have raised 4 children in a Victorian home from the 1800’s on Okauchee Lake for the past 25 years, living through a couple of home improvement projects along the way. At the moment the family also includes 3 dogs, 3 cats, 1 bird, 1 turtle and 2 horses, though that list is subject to change (hopefully only by addition) at any time.
Bruce Gallagher
Bruce joined the team as a licensed Realtor in June of 2011. With his diverse yet related background, including owning and managing a mortgage banking company and investment properties, his skills and experience strengthen our team - and add a valuable resource for our clients.
His outside interests include sailing his MC scow in local and national regattas, golf (when not sailing), yoga, biking, traveling and watching Rebecca at equestrian show jumping events. His even-keeled and unflappable demeanor, combined with a dry sense of humor suit him well for the sometimes volatile and emotional world of Real Estate Sales.
He and his wife Rebecca now live in Nashotah with plenty of land and open spaces - much to the delight of their 2 dogs; Max, the Springer Spaniel, and Rocco, a zany Doberman who flies like the wind.

Working in real estate sales is an increasingly complex business; between marketing, maintaining a strong internet presence, nurturing relationships with clients, listing homes, working with buyers, communicating well and often with sellers, representing listings in their best light, taking care of the contractual side of things and providing support services for all parties through closing, it can be all-consuming. The business has gotten to the point that we feel it best serves our buyers, our sellers and ourselves for there to be a team of us.
Fortunately for us, and our clients, our team is also our family.
